Our design team will work closely with you to create a personalized landscape that reflects your style, and personal wants and needs.
The Process
Step 1: Initial Consultation
We will meet with you on-site for a fact-finding consultation and to assess existing site conditions. At this point, we will discuss wants and desires, timeframes, and budgets. Depending on the scope of the project we will suggest the next appropriate design step (if needed) which could be a simple hand rendering, 2D-CAD drawings, or 3D renderings.
Step 2: Conceptual Plan
After the initial consultation, we will prepare the appropriate conceptual landscape plan which could include master plans, space layout, or specific details.
Step 3: Revisions and Proposal
Depending on the size of the project several revisions and changes may be needed. This is rarely a one-time meeting and layout. Once an agreed-upon design has been completed, we will provide a detailed cost proposal that will reflect the scope of the project.
Step 4: Implementation
Your designer will be your primary point of contact throughout the construction phase of your project, acting as a liaison, visiting the site, and coordinating with the construction team, subcontractors, and all field staff.
